Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is a party favourite, simply because it pairs so well together! The flavors of spinach, artichoke and cheese complement each other perfectly, and it’s a very popular dip. However, what makes this recipe unique is that it’s secretly loaded with cauliflower, which is not only healthy but also gives it that beautiful creamy texture!

My Thoughts

Christmas appetizers are honestly one of the most fun parts of hosting; you get to be creative, make things look festive, and have everyone snacking and chatting while the main event is being finished off in the kitchen. My top tips are to make as much as possible ahead of time, have a mix of hot and cold options, and always make more than you think you need because everything goes faster than you expect at Christmas!
