Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate chip cookies are super easy to make and absolutely delicious. They have just the right balance of soft and chewy to them, they melt in your mouth and are a real crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix the oil and sugars
- Once fully combined, add the eggs and mix
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well
- Make balls around the size of a tablespoon and place them spread out on a baking tray
- Bake for around 8 minutes for soft and gooey cookies
- Let the cookies fully cool before removing them from the baking tray
