Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is a rich, airy and luxurious dessert made with just a handful of ingredients in little time!
Prep Time 20 minutes mins
- 9 Large Eggs
- 150 Grams Sugar
- 3 Bars (100g each) Dark Chocolate (Good quality bittersweet chocolate)
- 2/3 Cups Oil
- 1 Packet Chocolate Digestives (optional)
Crush chocolate digestives into crumbs and put on the side
Melt the chocolate with the oil
Separate the eggs
Whisk the whites. When almost stiff, slowly add the sugar
In a new bowl whisk the yolks for about 5 minutes until it's thicker. Add the melted chocolate and whisk on a low setting
Pour the chocolate mixture into the whites and gently fold. (No whisking)
Pour into a bowl or individual containers.
Grate chocolate on top, or any other topping of your choice.
