Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is a rich, airy and luxurious dessert made with just a handful of ingredients in little time!

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Large Eggs
  • 150 Grams Sugar
  • 3 Bars (100g each) Dark Chocolate (Good quality bittersweet chocolate)
  • 2/3 Cups Oil
  • 1 Packet Chocolate Digestives (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Crush chocolate digestives into crumbs and put on the side
  • Melt the chocolate with the oil
  • Separate the eggs
  • Whisk the whites. When almost stiff, slowly add the sugar
  • In a new bowl whisk the yolks for about 5 minutes until it's thicker. Add the melted chocolate and whisk on a low setting
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the whites and gently fold. (No whisking)
  • Pour into a bowl or individual containers.
  • Grate chocolate on top, or any other topping of your choice.
