Can I place orders over the phone? TOP
Yes, but to avoid misunderstanding and human errors, we prefer that all orders would be placed via the internet. What type of payments do you accept? TOP Stylish Celebrations gladly accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed through Paypal, however, you do not need a Paypal acount to complete your purchase. What types of shipping methods do you use? TOP We currently offer Flat Rate Priority through the USPS. Generally, packages are delivered 2-3 delivery days after the initial shipment. How can I track my shipment? TOP We will email you your USPS tracking information as soon as it is available. What is the turnaround time? TOP Most orders ship within 4-5 business days after proof has been approved. Orders requiring a proof approval will not be processed until we receive notification that the item is exactly how you expect it. Regular stock items without proofs ship within 1-2 business days. Orders with both regular stock and proof items will ship all together in one shipment. Do you offer rush delivery service? TOP At this time, we currently do not offer rush delivery service.
